I enjoyed the delicious food crafted from fresh, homegrown ingredients outside. The valet staff provided excellent service, making the check-in and parking process seamless. The room was comfortable with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation after a long day.

The check-in process could benefit from more staffing during peak hours.

my stay here was amazing! the deluxe king room was clean, and the large outdoor pool really made the trip special for my family. unlike my last stay in san diego, this time the staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home.

the jacuzzi was not clean

The entrance didn’t cater well to wheelchairs, making access tricky. I found the bathroom in the so-called handicapped room unfit, featuring a tub instead of a walk-in shower. Internet at $9.99 felt steep for what it offered, and the lack of proper breakfast options was disappointing, especially since I expected more given the initial hype. With the AC breaking down at night, resulting in a stifling rest, it just added to my frustrations. Not my best stay.

I truly enjoyed the bright, welcoming lobby, which featured high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that filled the space with natural light. It made moving around the hotel very easy and pleasant for someone my age.

More accessibility options in the restaurant would help.
